1. INITIAL VISIT

During this visit we'll go over medical history, discuss your health concerns and identify goals of care. Any necessary labs will be ordered.

2. OBTAIN LABS

Lab orders will be sent to a facility near you (most often covered by health insurance). Obtain your lab work at your earliest convenience.

3. NEXT VISIT

During this visit we'll review your lab results and create your individualized treatment plan.

4. GET YOUR MEDICATION

Obtain your prescriptions from your local pharmacy or have it shipped directly to you with supplies. Injections are self administered at home with provided instructions.

5.FOLLOW UP

Follow up labs may be required depending on your treatment plan (typically 1-3 times per year). Follow up with your provider as instructed and as often as you'd like.
